This License Agreement governs the use of digital SVG icon files purchased from ManziyongCN.store, operated by Shenzhen Manziyong Trading Co., Ltd.
By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a:
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Worldwide
- Perpetual (no expiration)
license to use the purchased SVG files for personal and commercial projects, subject to the restrictions below.
3. Permitted Uses
You MAY:
✔ Use the icons in websites and mobile applications
✔ Use in SaaS platforms and dashboards
✔ Use in marketing materials and advertisements
✔ Modify, resize, recolor, and adapt the icons
✔ Use in printed materials (packaging, posters, etc.)
✔ Use in client projects
4. Prohibited Uses
You MAY NOT:
✘ Resell the original SVG files
✘ Redistribute the files as standalone assets
✘ Upload the files to other marketplaces
✘ Offer the files for free download
✘ Claim ownership or copyright of the designs
✘ Include the files in stock asset bundles for resale
5. Template & End Product Usage
You may include icons in:
- Website templates
- App themes
- Design mockups
BUT the icons must NOT be extractable as standalone files.
6. No Trademark Rights
This license does not grant:
- Trademark rights
- Exclusive ownership
- The right to register icons as your own intellectual property
7. Intellectual Property Ownership
All SVG designs remain the intellectual property of Shenzhen Manziyong Trading Co., Ltd.
This agreement grants usage rights only, not ownership.
8. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you violate any terms of this agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the files.
9. Liability Limitation
All digital files are provided “as is” without warranty.
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse.
